Plain language. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell it.

Who we are
The Supercharged Sisters™ is operated by Sonyé N. Randolph. You can reach us any time at hello@superchargedsisters.com.
What we collect
When you buy something or download the free sampler, we collect:
- Your name and email address, so we can send you your files and your receipt.
- Your billing address, when a purchase requires one for tax or fraud checks.
- What you ordered, so we can support you if something goes wrong.
If you join our email list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
We never see your card number. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Card details go directly to them and are never stored by us.
What we don’t collect
- We do not knowingly collect information from children.
- We do not ask for information we don’t need.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. Ever.
These books are made for children, but they are bought by adults. Our store is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@superchargedsisters.com and we will delete it.
How we use it
- To deliver your download and send your receipt.
- To answer you if you get in touch.
- To send you new-book announcements and offers — only if you asked us to.
- To understand which pages people visit, so we can make the store better.
If you join the list, you can leave at any time — there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or you can email hello@superchargedsisters.com and we will remove you. We will not add you to the list just because you bought something; you have to opt in.
Cookies
Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and measure how the store is performing. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the checkout may stop working if you do.
Who else sees your information
Only the services we need to run the store:
- Shopify — hosting, checkout and order records.
- Payment providers — to take payment securely.
- Our email provider — to send your download and any newsletters you asked for.
Each of them has its own privacy policy, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop emailing you.
Email hello@superchargedsisters.com and we will handle it. We may need to keep order records for tax purposes even after deleting the rest.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email to anyone on the list.
