⚡ THE SUPERCHARGED SISTERS™ ⚡
Meet the Supercharged Sisters
Two sisters. Two very different minds. One set of superpowers.

Amani — The Pattern Whisperer
Age 8. Amani sees patterns everywhere — in the tiles on the floor, in the branches of the trees, in her toys lined up just so. When she gets excited about math, something amazing happens: she teleports.
Amani is autistic and has ADHD. In this series that is never something to overcome. The way her mind notices patterns, loves order, and thinks in beautiful systems is her superpower — it is the reason she can do what nobody else can.
She wears purple, always: a gold infinity symbol on her shirt, gold stars on her skirt, rainbow beads in her puffs. When she is thinking hard, she spins up on her toes.
Alaina — The Creative Connector
Age 11. Alaina is Amani’s big sister and the anchor of every adventure. Alaina has OCD, and it is her superpower. Her mind loves order, focus, and doing things exactly right.
When Amani’s ideas fly fast and scatter in every direction, Alaina is the calm one who brings them back: “Okay. One step at a time. What comes first?” She turns big, wild magic into a plan that actually works.
Alaina never tries to change Amani. She celebrates her.
Amani has the flash of brilliance. Alaina turns it into a plan.
Amani opens the door — Alaina walks them through it.
Neither could do it alone.
The real sisters
Amani and Alaina are named for real girls, and they helped write these books.
Alaina M. Randolph started an early college high school program at thirteen — the youngest student they had ever enrolled. She finished high school at sixteen with two years of college credit and earned her degree at nineteen in Actuarial Science. She is an actuary for a Fortune 500 company. She has OCD. The same mind that wants order and precision is the mind that does math for a living.
“When I was little, I loved math. But I never saw myself in a math book. Not once. If you love numbers — the way they line up, the way patterns repeat, the way an answer clicks into place — that is not a small thing. That’s a whole future.”
— Alaina
Amani N. Sanders is in the 2nd grade and loves all things pink, purple, and sparkly. She loves to help people, tell jokes, laugh, and have fun. Amani is autistic and has ADHD, and she is exactly the superhero this series is named for. She helped copy edit every page.
“The Supercharged Sisters — once they open the book, they will go to a magical place in a portal. And all the kids will be happy if they see me and Sissy and the magical trees. I want them to be like me and Sissy and be good. I like patterns because they heal the trees.”
— Amani, age 7
