Everything in this store is a digital download. There is nothing to ship.

Delivery

The moment your order is complete:

  • A download link appears on your order confirmation screen.
  • The same link is emailed to the address you provided.
  • If you created an account, your files are permanently available in your account.

If your email doesn’t arrive, check spam and promotions first. If it still isn’t there, email hello@superchargedsisters.com with your order number and we’ll send your files directly.

What you can do with your files

  • Print them as many times as you like, forever
  • Read them on any device
  • Use them with your own family
  • Use them with your own classroom

What you can’t do

  • Resell them
  • Share the files publicly or upload them anywhere
  • Distribute them commercially
  • Use them for school- or district-wide distribution without a licence

Refunds

Because these are instant digital files, all sales are final.

But if something is wrong — a broken link, a corrupted file, the wrong product delivered — email hello@superchargedsisters.com and we will fix it immediately. That is not a refund question, it is a we-made-a-mistake question, and we will make it right.
